a. EUROPEAN UNION: Except as otherwise provided in individual TLIs, all
   shipments moving on the Rates named in this Tariff applying
   FROM/THRU a POL in the United States Destined TO/THRU any Port in the
   European Union (EU) will be SBJ to the IMPORT CONTROL SYSTEM ENTRY
   SUMMARY DECLARTION FEE (ENS) named herein.  Additionally all cargo
   which will remain on Board a transporting Vessel (FROB) which calls
   at any European Union Port before it is discharged at a POD outside
   the EU will also be SBJ to the IMPORT CONTROL SYSTEM ENTRY SUMMARY
   DECLARTION FEE (ENS) named herein.  Such charge will be assessed to
   cover compliance with the European Commission?s Import Control
   System Regulations requiring the electronic filing of Entry Summary
   Declarations on all cargo destined to, moving through, or remaining
   on board vessel at, any Port in the European Union which must be
   electronically lodged through the European Commission Import Control
   Systems' ENS at least 24 hours before the commencement of loading at
   the United States POL.  Finally, this charge shall be in addition to
   all other applicable charges.
    
  1. On LCL shipments FROM/THRU POLs in the United States TO/THRU/FROB
     at any European Union Port the applicable ENS will be as follows:

  2. On FCL shipments FROM/THRU POLs in the United States TO/THRU/FROB
     at any European Union Port the applicable ENS will be as follows:

        Charges Published in any Tariff Governed by this Tariff.

b. EU CORRECTIONS: If for any reason, other than Carrier's error or
   omission, any correction and/or amendment is made to the data that
   was already transmitted thru the European Commission?s Entry Summary
   Declaration System, Carrier will assess the ENS CORRECTION/AMENDMENT
   FEE named below, which charge shall be in addition to all other
   applicable charges.
   
        When a Correction/Amendment must be made to any ENS
        transmission that has already occurred the applicable ENS
        CORRECTION/AMENDMENT FEE will be as follows:

c. REPUBLIC OF TURKEY: Except as otherwise provided in individual TLIs,
   all shipments moving on the Rates named in this Tariff applying
   FROM/THRU a POL in the United States Destined TO\THRU or TRANSSHIPPED
   THRU any Port in the Republic of Turkey will be SBJ to the ENTRY
   SUMMARY DECLARATION  FEE (ENS) named herein.  Cargo which will
   remain on Board a transporting Vessel (FROB) which calls at any
   Republic of Turkey Port before it is discharged at POD outside of
   Turkey will NOT be SBJ to the ENTRY SUMMARY DECLARATION FEE named
   below.  The charge named below will be assessed to cover compliance
   with the Republic of Turkey's Ministry of Customs and Trade
   Regulations requiring the electronic filing of Entry Summary
   Declarations on all cargo destined to any Port in the Republic of
   Turkey which must be electronically lodged through an acceptable
   data transmission technique with the Turkish Port's Customs
   Administration within the time frames set out in the governing
   regulations prior to the commencement of loading at the United
   States POL.  Finally, this charge shall be in addition to all
   other applicable charges.
    
  1. On shipments FROM/THRU POLs in the United States TO or
     TRANSSHIPPED  THRU any Republic of Turkey Port the applicable
     ENS will be as follows:
