RULE: 10.73A - IES - EMERGENCY INTERMODAL SURCHARGE - FCL Eff: 01JUL2026

Except as otherwise provided in an individual NSA or as specified below,
all shipments moving on an applicable rate that applies FROM any inland
point in the United States that is named in a governed NSA that indicates
such shipments are SBJ to the EMERGENCY INTERMODAL SURCHARGE (IES) provided
below, or are SBJ to "Additional Charges named in the UPS Governing Rules
Tariff," will be SBJ to the IES amount shown herein, which charge shall be
in addition to all other applicable charges:
  
a. On shipments TO Inland Points in the United States SBJ to a rate
   which indicates that UPS will provide a destination inland Service to a
   Consignee's Premises (D), a Container Freight Station (S), a Container
   Yard (Y), or a Rail Ramp (R) when moving Via a USAG Destination Port
   will be SBJ to the IES named below as indicated on the Web Rate Page:
 
 1. On LCL Shipments (Destination "S" Service) the IES will be:
