Except as otherwise provided in an individual NSA, or as specified in
the paragraphs below, all shipments moving on the rates named in a
governed NSA will be SBJ to the EEA EMISSIONS TRADING SYSTEM (ETS) provided
below, which charge shall be in addition to all other applicable charges:
a. The EEA Emission Trading System Charges named herein do NOT apply on
shipments moving on any rate named in the NSAs SBJ to this Tariff which
specifically exempt any or all of the rates named in such NSA:
b. On LCL Shipments TO Ports & Points in the United States, Puerto Rico,
American Samoa & the U.S. Virgin Islands the ETS will be:
