Except as otherwise provided as specified below, all shipments moving on
an applicable rate named in a governed NSA that indicates the rates are
SBJ to the FROB EUROPEAN UNION PORTS (ENS)  provided below, will be SBJ
to the ENS amount herein, which charge shall be in addition to all other
applicable charges:
  
a. Any LCL shipment moving on any Rate named in a governed NSA
   which apply TO/THRU any POD in the United States or its Territories
   which originate FROM/THRU the Ports and Points in the Countries listed
   below which are moved THRU or VIA any Port in the European Union, will
   be SBJ to the EU's IMPORT CONTROL SYSTEM ENTRY SUMMARY DECLARTION,
   even if cargo remains on board a transporting Vessel (FROB) which
   calls at any European Union Port before it is transported to a POD in
   the United States.  The charge named herein is being assessed to
   cover compliance with the European Commission's Import Control System
   Regulations which require the electronic filing of Entry Summary
   Declarations on all cargo moving through, or remaining on board
   vessel at (FROB) at any Port in the European Union which must be
   electronically lodged through the European Commission Import Control
   Systems' ENS at least 24 hours before the commencement of loading at
   a POL port named herein.  Finally, this charge shall be in addition
   to all other applicable charges.
  
 1. On LCL shipments TO/THRU PODs in American Samoa FROM/THRU Ports and
    and Points in the countries named below which move VIA/THRU/FROB
    any European Union Port the applicable ENS will be as follows:
   
      FROM ANY PORT OR POINT   CURRENCY   CHARGE PER   MINIMUM CHARGE
        IN THE COUNTRY OF:                  PER B/L       PER B/L

 2. On LCL shipments TO/THRU PODs in Honolulu, HI FROM/THRU Ports and
    and Points in the countries named below which move VIA/THRU/FROB
    any European Union Port the applicable ENS will be as follows:

b. EU ENS CORRECTIONS: If for any reason, other than Carrier's error or
   omission, any correction and/or amendment is made to the data that
   was already transmitted thru the European Commission's Entry Summary
   Declaration System, Carrier will assess the ENS CORRECTION/AMENDMENT
   FEE named below, which charge shall be in addition to all other
   applicable charges.
   
  1. When a Correction/Amendment must be made to any ENS transmission
     that has already occurred the applicable ENS CORRECTION/AMENDMENT
     FEE will be as follows:
