Except as otherwise provided herein, or as specifically provided within
a specific NSA, all shipments moving on an applicable rate named in a
governed NSA the will be SBJ to the IMO VLSFS COMPLIANCE CHARGE (VLSFS)
amount herein, which charge shall be in addition to all other applicable
charges.  The VLSFS may be billed as an Interim Fuel Surcharge on the UPS
Invoice.
