an applicable rate named in a governed NSA that indicates the rates are
SBJ to a WHARFAGE CHARGES - FOREIGN PORTS (OWFG-O), will be SBJ to the
OWFG-O amount herein, which charge shall be in addition to all other
applicable charges:

    Countries named below when destined TO/THRU the Ports and Points in
    the United States, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands:
