an applicable rate named in a governed NSA that indicates the rates are
SBJ to the DESTINATION WHARFAGE CHARGES-FOREIGN PORTS (DWFG) provided
below, will be SBJ to the DWFG amount herein, which charge shall be in
addition to all other applicable charges:
