Except as otherwise provided as specified below, all shipments moving on
an applicable rate named in a governed NSA that indicates the rates are
SBJ to the CONTAINER FREIGHT STATION CHARGES (CFS) provided below, will
be SBJ to the CFS amount herein, which charge shall be in addition to all
other applicable charges:
  
Container Freight Station (CFS) Service shall include:
 
a. AT ORIGIN: Receipt of cargo for transportation at Carrier's
   designated Container Freight Station/Terminal/Warehouse; inspection
   of cargo upon delivery to CFS, including checking all packing,
   packaging and/or pallets for obvious damage, shortage or any other
   deficiencies;  signing trucking company's delivery receipt; movement
   of cargo across dock and placement in Terminal/Warehouse; and
   loading/stuffing cargo into/onto container equipment, including all
   blocking, bracing or staking of cargo necessary to insure safe ocean
   transportation.
  
b. Carrier will assess the charges named below on all shipments provided
   CFS Service as defined herein at the origin ports and points in the
   United States named below:
   
  1. On shipments provided CFS Service at the locations named below the
     applicable CFSC will be as follows:
