Except as otherwise provided as specified below, all shipments moving on
an applicable rate named in a governed NSA that indicates the rates are
SBJ to the CHASSIS USAGE CHARGE (CUC) provided below, will be
SBJ to the CUC amount herein, which charge shall be in addition to all
other applicable charges:
  
a. On LCL shipments, moving FROM/THRU Ports & Points in the Countries
    named below when destined TO/THRU Ports and Points in the United
    States & Puerto Rico, the CUC applicable on LCL shipments will be:
