Except as otherwise provided in an individual NSA, all shipments moving
on an applicable rate named in a governed NSA that indicates the rates
are SBJ to the DESTINATION TRMINAL HANDLING CHARGE (DTHC) provided
below, will be SBJ to the DTHC amount shown herein, which charge shall
be in addition to all other applicable charges:
a. On Shipments TO/THRU United States Ports
1. FROM/THRU the Ports and Points named below, the DTHC
applicable on Carrier loaded shipments with an
Origin Service of "S" (See Rule 2.1) will be:
