an applicable rate named in a governed NSA that indicates the rates are
SBJ to the CAPATAZIA (BRAZIL TERMINAL HANDLING) CHARGE (CPTZ-O) provided
below, will be SBJ to the CPTZ-O amount herein, which charge shall be in
addition to all other applicable charges:
