   of Kattupalli, India UNLESS there is a separate applicable FCL or LCL
   TLI (Web Rate Page Item) in effect applying specifically from, to or
   through the Port or Point of Kattupalli, India.
    
b. KATTUPALLI Rates but no MADDRAS Rates:
   FCL or LCL Rates specifically applying from, to or via the Port or Point
   of Kattupalli, India, will also apply from, to or via the Port or Point
   of Madras, India UNLESS there is a separate applicable FCL or LCL TLI
   (Web Rate Page Item) in effect applying specifically from, to or

d. ENNORE Rates but no CHENNAI Rates:

   of Ennore, India, will also apply from, to or via the Port or Point
   of Chennai, India UNLESS there is a separate applicable FCL or LCL TLI
   (Web Rate Page Item) in effect applying specifically from, to or
   through the Port or Point of Chennai, India.
   
e. KATTUPALLI Rates but no CHENNAI Rates:
   FCL or LCL Rates specifically applying from, to or via the Port or Point
   of Kattupalli, India, will also apply from, to or via the Port or Point
   of Chennai, India UNLESS there is a separate applicable FCL or LCL TLI
