Except as otherwise provided as specified below, all shipments moving on
an applicable rate named in a governed NSA that indicates the rates are
SBJ to a BUNKER ADJUSTMENT FACTOR/SURCHARGE (BAF), will be SBJ to the
BAF amount herein, which charge shall be in addition to all other
applicable charges:
The Bunker Adjustment Factor/Surcharge named herein does not apply on
shipments moving on any applicable rate named in a governed NSA, SBJ to
this Tariff, which specifically exempts any or all of the rates named in
such NSA:
a. On shipments TO Ports & Points in Puerto Rico:
1. FROM/THRU the Ports and Points named below, the BAF
applicable on LCL shipments will be:
