When a Shipper specifically requests, or the nature of the cargo requires,
cargo be transported in or on a particular size or type of container (See
Rules 2.2 & 28 for a full explanation of container types and sizes), and no
applicable, effective rate has been posted that would apply to cargo moving
in such requested or required container type or size, but an applicable,
effective rate has been posted to apply on cargo moving in another size or
type of container, a constructive rate to apply on the container size or
type requested or required to be used to transport the cargo tendered for
transportation will be determined and calculated as specified below.  Such
constructively calculated rate will be subject to the same additional
surcharges as the rate used to calculate the new constructive rate, except
the newly constructive rate may be subject to a surcharge applicable to the
container size or type utilized as specified elsewhere in this governing
rules Tariff.
  
a. If no DV20 (PC20) rate has been posted but a posted DV40 (PC40) rate is
   in effect, the DV20 (PC20) rate will be calculated by multiplying the,
   the applicable DV40 (PC40) rate by .90, rounded to the nearest USD5.00.
  
b. If no DV40 (PC40) rate has been posted but a DV20 (PC20) rate has
   been posted; the DV40 (PC40) rate will be calculated by dividing the
   applicable DV20 (PC20) rate by 0.75, rounded to the nearest USD5.00.
  
c. If no DV40B (PC40B) rate has been posted but a DV40 (PC40) rate has
   been posted; the DV40B (PC40B) rate will be calculated by multiplying
   the applicable DV40 (PC40) rate by 1.125, rounded to the nearest
   USD5.00.
  
d. If no DV45 (PC45) rate has been posted but a DV40 (PC40) rate has been
   posted; the DV45 (PC45) rate will be calculated by multiplying the
   applicable DV40 (PC40) rate by 1.266, rounded to the nearest USD5.00.
  
e. APPLICABLE ONLY FOR TRADE LANE A SHIPMENTS:
   If no RN40 (Non-Operating Reefer) rate has been posted but a DV40
   (PC40) rate has been posted, the RN40 rate will be calculated at
   100% of the DV40 (PC40) rate.
  
f. APPLICABLE ONLY FOR TRADE LANE A SHIPMENTS:
   If no RN40B (Non-Operating Reefer) rate has been posted but a DV40
   (PC40) rate has been posted, the RN40B rate will be calculated at
   100% of the DV40 (PC40 rate.

g. If no FR40B (Flat Rack) rate has been been posted but a FR40 rate
   has been posted, the FR40B rate will be calculated at 100% of the
   FC40 rate.
  
h. If no applicable rate that is required to calculate a new rate as
   defined above is posted, Carrier will post a new rate to apply on the
   container size utilized after consulting with the Shipper.
