RULE: 16.1A - [NSA] HAZF - HAZARDOUS CARGO SURCHARGE - LCL/FCL Eff: 01APR2023

Except as otherwise provided in an individual NSA, or as specified below,
all shipments moving on an applicable rate named in a governed NSA will
be SBJ to the HAZARDOUS CARGO SURCHARGE (HAZF) provided herein, which
charge shall be in addition to all other applicable charges:
      
a. On Shipments TO/THRU Ports in the United States Or Puerto Rico FROM/THRU
     Ports in the Countries named below, the HAZ (HAZF) applicable on LCL
     shipments moving in "S" to "S" service (See Rule 2.1) will be:
