a. LCL or FCL Rates specifically applying from, to or via the Port of
   Chiwan, China will also apply via direct call from, to or via the ports 
   of Da Chan Bay, Shekou or Yantian, UNLESS there is a separate applicable
   LCL or FCL TLI (Rate Item) in effect applying via direct call
   specifically from, to or through the port of Da Chan Bay, Shekou or
   Yantian.
  
b. LCL or FCL Rates specifically applying from, to or via the Port of
   Da Chan Bay, China will also apply via direct call from, to or via the
   ports of Chiwan, Shekou or Yantian, UNLESS there is a separate applicable
   LCL or FCL TLI (Rate Item) in effect applying via direct call
   specifically from, to or through the port of Chiwan, Shekou or Yantian.
  
c. LCL or FCL Rates specifically applying from, to or via the Port of
   Shekou, China will also apply via direct call from, to or via the ports 
   of Chiwan, Da Chan Bay or Yantian, UNLESS there is a separate applicable
   LCL or FCL TLI (Rate Item) in effect applying via direct call
   specifically from, to or through the port of Chiwan, Da Chan Bay or
   Yantian.
  
d. LCL or FCL Rates specifically applying from, to or via the Port of
   Yantian, China will also apply via direct call from, to or via the ports 
   of Chiwan, Da Chan Bay or Shekou, UNLESS there is a separate applicable
   LCL or FCL TLI (Rate Item) in effect applying via direct call
   specifically from, to or through the port of Chiwan, Da Chan Bay or
   Shekou.
