  a. LCL or FCL Rates specifically applying from, to or via the Port of
     Bremen, Germany will also apply from, to or via the Ports of
     Bremerhaven or Hamburg, Germany UNLESS there is a separate applicable
     LCL or FCL TLI (Web Rate Page Item) in effect applying specifically
     from, to or through the Ports of Bremerhaven or Hamburg, Germany.
    
  b. LCL or FCL Rates specifically applying from, to or via the Port of
     Bremerhaven, Germany will also apply from, to or via the Ports of
     Bremen or Hamburg, Germany UNLESS there is a separate applicable LCL
     or FCL TLI (Web Rate Page Item) in effect applying specifically from,
     to or through the Ports of Bremen or Hamburg, Germany.
    
  c. LCL or FCL Rates specifically applying from, to or via the Port of
     Hamburg, Germany will also apply from, to or via the Ports of
     Bremerhaven or Bremen, Germany UNLESS there is a separate applicable
     LCL or FCL TLI (Web Rate Page Item) in effect applying specifically
     from, to or through the Ports of Bremerhaven or Bremen Germany.
  
II: PORTS IN POLAND:
  a. LCL or FCL Rates specifically applying from, to or via the Port of
     Gdansk, Poland will also apply from, to or via the Port of Gdynia,
     Poland UNLESS there is a separate applicable LCL or FCL TLI (Web Rate
     Page Item) in effect applying specifically from, to or through the
     Port of Gdynia, Poland.
  
  b. LCL or FCL Rates specifically applying from, to or via the Port of
     Gdynia, Poland will also apply from, to or via the Port of Gdansk,
     Poland UNLESS there is a separate applicable LCL or FCL TLI (Web Rate
     Page Item) in effect applying specifically from, to or through the
     Port of Gdansk, Poland.
