Except as otherwise provided in an individual NSA, or on a Web Rate Page in
a Tariff governed by this Tariff, or as specified below, all shipments
moving on an applicable rate that applies TO/THRU the LAX Port Terminals
named below that is named in a governed NSA or on a Web Rate Page in a
Tariff governed by this Tariff, may be SBJ to the applicable Clean Trucks
Fund Charge imposed by such Port Authority, which charge Carrier will, when
assessed, be passed-thru at cost (without markup or discount) for payment
with all other freight and charges.  In addition, Carrier will assess the
Administrative Fee named herein to allow Carrier to recoup system costs
devoted to collecting and paying such fees to the Port Terminal Operators,
which charge shall be in addition to all other applicable charges.
  
a. LCL SHIPMENTS: No CTF or Administrative Charges will be assessed on LCL
   Shipments.
  
b. FCL SHIPMENTS:
 1. Except as otherwise provided in an individual NSA, or on a Web Rate
    Page, in a Tariff governed by this Tariff, Carrier pass-thru for
    payment with with all other freight and charges, the Clean
    Trucks Fund Fees assessed by the Port Terminal Operators of:
  
   i. PORT OF LONG BEACH (per PORT OF LONG BEACH SCHEDULE ITEM 1030):
      Charge Name: "Clean Trucks Fund (CTF) Rate" - applicable ONLY on
      Container Shipments moving To or Thru the Port Terminals of Long
      Beach, CA by Drayage Truck (excluding items exempted under Port of
      Long Beach Schedule): Charges apply per container by size.
  
  ii. PORT OF LOS ANGELES (per TARIFF No. 4, SECTION 20): Charge Name:
      "Clean Trucks Fund (CTF) Rate" - applicable ONLY on Container
      Shipments moving To or Thru the Port Terminals of Los Angeles, CA
      by Drayage Truck (excluding items exempted under Port of Los Angeles
      Tariff No. 4 Section Twenty): Charges apply per container by size.
  
c. CARRIER ADMINISTRATIVE FEE (ADMIN):
 1. Except as otherwise provided in an individual NSA, or on a Web Rate
    Page, in a Tariff governed by this Tariff, Carrier will assess the
    Administrative Fee named below for paying and collecting the CLEAN
    TRUCKS FUND (CTF) RATE named above, which charge shall be in addition
    to all other applicable charges:
    
    Administrative CTF Fee per FCL shipment will be:
       USD 2.50 per PC20 in a shipment
       USD 5.00 per PC40 or larger PC in a shipment
