Except as otherwise provided in an individual NSA, or as specified in
NOTE A below, all shipments moving on the rates named in a governed NSA
will be SBJ to the TRI-AXLE CHASSIS USAAGE CHARGE (TRIX) provided below,
when such equipment is required, which charge shall be in addition to
all other applicable charges:
     
When the gross weight of cargo and container exceeds the weight that
can be safely and/or legally transported using a standard Container
Chassis and, as a result, special Tri-Axle Chassis Equipment is
required to move a container overland to any location in the United
States or its Territories, Carrier will provide such Tri-Axle Chassis
Equipment to accomplish the overland transportation, AND will assess
the TRI-AXLE CHASSIS USAGE CHARGE (TRIX) named below, which charge
shall be in addition to all other applicable charges.
