{C} Provisions of the Extra Length Surcharge (EXL) named herein have
     been transferred from all Tariff Sections to comply with the FMC's
     Order in Docket No. 17-10 which amend the Regulations governing
     NSAs (NVOCC Service Arrangements).  This EXL Rule shall apply to
     all UPS' NSAs, unless the original NSA specifies it is not subject
     to a EXL or until an Amendment to a governed NSA specifies it is
     not subject hereto.
  
  
Except as otherwise provided in an individual NSA, any LCL or
Breakbulk shipment containing a Piece, Package or Unit in excess
of the dimensions named below, moving on the rates Between the Ports
and Points named herein will be SBJ to the EXTRA LENGTH SURCHARGE
(EXL) provided below, which charge shall be in addition to all
other applicable charges:
   
a. On LCL Shipments that are to be containerized which containing
    Pieces, Packages or Units in excess of 12 feet long FROM/THRU Ports
    and Points in the United States and Puerto Rico

 1. FROM/TO/THRU Ports in the Countries named below, the ExL applicable
     on LCL shipments will be:
   
    TO/FROM/THRU PORTS  CURRENCY  *Charge Per    Minimum Charge

      Package or Unit in excess of 12 feet long
      
    #Provisions and Charges named herein do NOT apply on shipments
      FROM/THRU Ports and POINTS named in paragraph a. to Rules 1.3
      & 1.4.
  
  
b. On Breakbulk Shipments containing Pieces, Packages or Units in
    excess of 19 feet long moving FROM the Ports of Portland, OR and 
    Seattle, WA
   
 1. TO/THRU Ports in the Countries named below, the EXL applicable on
     Breakbulk shipments will be:
   
    TO/THRU PORTS     CURRENCY  W, M or W/M,   Minimum Charge
     & POINTS IN:               as freighted      Per B/L
