{C} Provisions of the Whargage Charges - U.S. Ports (OWFG) named herein
     have been transferred from Tariff 027 to comply with the FMC's
     Order in Docket No. 17-10 which amend the Regulations governing
     NSAs (NVOCC Service Arrangements).  This OWFG Rule shall apply to
     all UPS' NSAs, unless the original NSA specifies it is not subject
     to an OWFG or until an Amendment to a governed NSA specifies it is
     not subject hereto.
  
  
Except as otherwise provided as specified below, all shipments moving on
an applicable rate named in a governed NSA that indicates the rates are
SBJ to the WARFAGE CHARGES - U.S. PORTS (OWFG) provided below, will be
SBJ to the OWFG amount herein, which charge shall be in addition to all
other applicable charges:
   
a. NO OWFG shall apply on LCL shipments, which exit the U.S.
   
   
b. OWFG applicable on FCL shipments, which exit the U.S. FROM the
    POLs named below, when destined TO Ports and Points in the
    Countries named in paragraph e. of Rules 1.3 & 1.4 will be:
