{C} Provisions of the War Risk Surcharge (WRS) named herein
have been transferred from Tariff 025 to comply with the FMC's
Order in Docket No. 17-10 which amend the Regulations governing
NSAs (NVOCC Service Arrangements). This WRS Rule shall apply to
all UPS' NSAs, unless the original NSA specifies it is not subject
to an WRS or until an Amendment to a governed NSA specifies it is
not subject hereto.
Except as otherwise provided as specified below, all shipments moving on
an applicable rate named in a governed NSA that indicates the rates are
SBJ to a WAR RISK SURCHARGE (WRS), will be SBJ to the WRS amount herein,
which charge shall be in addition to all other applicable charges:
a. On shipments FROM/THRU United States and Points:
1. TO/THRU the Ports and Points named below, the WRS
applicable on LCL shipments will be:
