{C} Provisions of the Hazardous Cargo Surcharge (HAZF) named herein
have been transferred from Tariff 024 to comply with the FMC's
Order in Docket No. 17-10 which amend the Regulations governing
NSAs (NVOCC Service Arrangements). This HAZF Rule shall apply to
all UPS' NSAs, unless the original NSA specifies it is not subject
to an HAZF or until an Amendment to a governed NSA specifies it is
not subject hereto.
Except as otherwise provided as specified below, all shipments moving on
an applicable rate named in a governed NSA that indicates the rates are
SBJ to a HAZARDOUS CARGO SURCHARGE (HAZF), will be SBJ to the HAZF
amount herein, which charge shall be in addition to all other applicable
charges:
a. On Shipments TO/THRU Ports in the United States Or Puerto Rico
1. FROMU Ports in the Countries named below, the HAZ or HAZF
applicable on LCL shipments moving in "S" to "S" service (See
Rule 2.1) will be:
