{C} Provisions of the Tri-Axle Chassis Surcharge (TRIX) named herein
     have been transferred from Tariff 022 to comply with the FMC's
     Order in Docket No. 17-10 which amend the Regulations governing
     NSAs (NVOCC Service Arrangements).  This TRIX Rule shall apply to
     all UPS' NSAs, unless the original NSA specifies it is not subject
     to an TRIX or until an Amendment to a governed NSA specifies it is
     not subject hereto.
  
  
Except as otherwise provided herein or in an individual NSA, when,
because of the gross weight of the cargo and transporting container,
use of a Tri-Axle Chassis is required for the safe movement of a
shipment, a TRI-AXLE CHASSIS USAGE CHARGE (TRIX) will be assessed,
which charge shall be in addition to all other applicable charges.
      
a. On Shipments moving on a TRI-AXLE CHASSIS, destined TO/THRU Ports
    and Points in the United States and Puerto Rico:
