{C} Provisions of the Low Sulfur Fuel Surcharge (LSFS) named herein
     have been transferred from Tariff 027 to comply with the FMC's
     Order in Docket No. 17-10 which amend the Regulations governing
     NSAs (NVOCC Service Arrangements).  This LSFS Rule shall apply to
     all UPS' NSAs, unless the original NSA specifies it is not subject
     to an LSFS or until an Amendment to a governed NSA specifies it is
     not subject hereto.
  
  
Except as otherwise provided as specified below, all shipments moving on
an applicable rate named in a governed NSA that indicates the rates are
SBJ to the LOW SULFUR FUEL SURCHARGE (LSFS) provided below, will be
SBJ to the LSFS amount herein, which charge shall be in addition to all
other applicable charges:
      
a. On shipments FROM/THRU United States East Coast, Gulf Coast
    and West Coast Ports:
    
 1. TO/THRU the Ports and Points named below, the LSFS
     applicable on FCL shipments will be:
