{C} Provisions of the Origin InternationalShip & Port Security Charges
     (ISPS-O) named herein have been transferred from Tariff 025 to
     comply with the FMC's Order in Docket No. 17-10 which amend the
     Regulations governing NSAs (NVOCC Service Arrangements).  This IFS
     ISPS-O Rule shall apply to all UPS' NSAs, unless the original NSA
     specifies it is not subject to an ISPS-O or until an Amendment to
     a governed NSA specifies it is not subject hereto.
  
  
Except as otherwise provided as specified below, all shipments moving on
an applicable rate named in a governed NSA that indicates the rates are
SBJ to the ORIGIN INTERNATIONAL SHIP 8 PORT SECURITY CHARGES (ISPS-O)
provided below, will be SBJ to the ISPS-O amount herein, which charge
shall be in addition to all other applicable charges:
   
a. On Shipments FROM/THRU United States Ports, AND FROM/THRU Ports in
    Puerto Rico
   
 1. TO/THRU Ports and Points in the Countries named below
     the applicable FCL ISPS-O will be:
