{C} Provisions of the Origin Port Terminal Security Charges (PSCO)
named herein have been transferred from Tariff 069 to comply with
the FMC's Order in Docket No. 17-10 which amend the Regulations
governing NSAs (NVOCC Service Arrangements). This PSCO Rule shall
apply to all UPS' NSAs, unless the original NSA specifies it is not
subject to an PSCO or until an Amendment to a governed NSA
specifies it is not subject hereto.
Except as otherwise provided as specified below, all shipments moving on
an applicable rate named in a governed NSA that indicates the rates are
SBJ to the ORIGIN PORT TERMINAL SECURITY CHARGES (PSCO) provided
below, will be SBJ to the PSCO amount herein, which charge shall be in
addition to all other applicable charges:
a. On shipments FROM/THRU the United States Ports named herein:
1. TO/THRU Ports & Points in Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Guatemala,
Haiti, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua or Panama, the PSCO
applicable on FCL shipments will be:
