{C} Provisions of the Security Manifest Documentation charge (AMS) named
     herein have been transferred from Tariff 022 to comply with the
     FMC's Order in Docket No. 17-10 which amend the Regulations
     governing NSAs (NVOCC Service Arrangements).  This AMS Rule shall
     apply to all UPS' NSAs, unless the original NSA specifies it is
     not subject to an AMS or until an Amendment to a governed
     NSA specifies it is not subject hereto.
  
  
Except as otherwise provided as specified below, all shipments moving on
an applicable rate named in a governed NSA that indicates the rates are
SBJ to the SECURITY MANIFEST DOCUMENTATION CHARGE (AMS) provided below,
will be SBJ to the AMS amount herein, which charge shall be in addition
to all all other applicable charges:
  
The AMS Charge shall be assessed for the processing, and on-going
monitoring, of relevant cargo manifest data which has to be provided to
the U.S. Customs Service for cargo loaded on a vessel at a non-U.S. Port.
   
 1. On All shipments TO/THRU Ports and Points in the United
     States and Puerto Rico:
   
    FROM/THRU Ports and Points in the Countries named in Rules 1.3
     paragraph c. and 1.4 paragraph c., the applicable AMS will be:

b. In the event that Carrier is required to amend the Security Manifest
   Cargo Declaration due to an error, omission or change by the shipper,
   a CORRECTION FEE in the amount specified below will be assessed, which
   charge shall be in addition to all other applicable charges including
   the charge specified in paragraph a. above. This Correction Fee charge
   shall be payable on the same basis as the ocean freight for the
   relevant bill of lading issued by Carrier (i.e., either prepaid or
   collect).  In the event of non-payment of the charge, Carrier may
   collect the amount due from either the Shipper or Consignee named in
   its bill of lading.
   
 1. On All shipments TO/THRU Ports and Points in the United
     States and Puerto Rico:
   
    FROM/THRU Ports and Points in the Countries named in Rules 1.3
     paragraph c. and 1.4 paragraph c., the applicable AMS Correction
     Fee will be:
