{C} Provisions of the Wharfage Charges-U.S. Ports (OWFH) named
     herein have been transferred from Tariff 041 to comply with the
     FMC's Order in Docket No. 17-10 which amend the Regulations
     governing NSAs (NVOCC Service Arrangements).  This OWFH Rule shall
     apply to all UPS' NSAs, unless the original NSA specifies it is
     not subject to an OWFH or until an Amendment to a governed
     NSA specifies it is not subject hereto.
  
  
Except as otherwise provided as specified below, all shipments moving on
an applicable rate named in a governed NSA that indicates the rates are
SBJ to the WHARFAGE CHARGES - U.S. PORTS (OWFH) provided below, will be
SBJ to the OWFH amount herein, which charge shall be in addition to all
other applicable charges:
   
a. NO OWFH shall apply on LCL shipments, which exit the U.S.
   
   
b. OWFH applicable on FCL shipments, which exit the U.S. FROM the
    POLs named below, when destined TO Ports and Points in Europe
    and the C.I.S. named in Rules 1.3 paragraph b. & 1.4 paragraph b.
