{C} Provisions of the Terminal Handling Charges (DTHC) named herein
     have been transferred from Tariff 069 to comply with the FMC's
     Order in Docket No. 17-10 which amend the Regulations governing
     NSAs (NVOCC Service Arrangements).  This DTHC Rule shall apply to
     all UPS' NSAs, unless the original NSA specifies it is not subject
     to an DTHC or until an Amendment to a governed NSA specifies it is
     not subject hereto.
  
  
Except as otherwise provided as specified below, all shipments moving on
an applicable rate named in a governed NSA that indicates the rates are
SBJ to the TERMINAL HANDLING CHARGES (DTHC) provided below, will be
SBJ to the DTHC amount herein, which charge shall be in addition to all
other applicable charges:
      
a. On Shipments FROM/THRU Ports & Points in the United States:
     
 1. TO/THRU Ports and Points in the Countries named below,
     the applicable FCL DTHC will be:
