{C} Provisions of the Bangladesh Carton Unloading Fee/Landing Charge
     (CTUF-BD) named herein have been transferred from Tariff 228 to
     comply with the FMC's Order in Docket No. 17-10 which amend the
     Regulations governing NSAs (NVOCC Service Arrangements).  This
     CTUF-BD shall apply to all applicable UPS' NSAs, unless the
     original NSA specifies it is not subject to the CTF-BD below or
     until an Amendment to a governed NSA specifies it is not subject
     hereto.
  
  
Except as otherwise provided in an individual NSA, or as specified below,
all shipments moving on an applicable rate named in a governed NSA
will be SBJ to the BANGLADESH CARTON UNLOADING FEE/LANDING CHARGE
(CTUF-BD) provided below, which charge shall be in addition to all
other applicable charges:
      
a. On Shipments TO/THRU Ports in the United States and Puerto Rico:
   
 1. FROM/THRU Ports in Bangladesh, the CtUF-BD applicable
     on FCL shipments will be:
