PROVISIONS & CHARGES NAMED HEREIN APPLY WHEN, AND ONLY WHEN, COLUMN
         "RULE APPLICATION" ON WEB PAGE REFERENCES "S PCTF"

All shipments moving on any rate named in all Tariff Rate Sections
(Except as otherwise provided below) SBJ hereto which are referenced as
SBJ ("S") to PCTF (see Column "Rule Application" on web rate page) will
be SBJ to the PANAMA CANAL TRANSIT FEE (PCTF) provided below, which
charge shall be in addition to all other applicable charges:


 1. the PCTF applicable on all FCL rated Shipments (See Exceptions
     below) which transit the Panama Canal will be:

 2. EXCEPTIONS:
     i. TRADE LANE A: the PCTF named in this Rule has been rolled into
         all rates named in Tariff Rate Section Trade Lane A which were
         previously referenced as SBJ to PCTF ("S PCTF").  After
         1 September 2010, NO rate named in Tariff Rate Section Trade
         Lane A will be SBJ to any PCTF until further notice.
    
    ii. TRADE LANE B: the PCTF will NOT apply any shipment moving
         from/thru U.S. East and Gulf Coast Ports to Ports in the Far
         East named in Tariff Rate Section Trade Lane B which transit
         the Panama Canal.

   iii. TRADE LANE D: the PCTF will NOT apply any shipment moving
         from/thru U.S. East and Gulf Coast Ports to Ports in Europe named
         in Tariff Rate Section Trade Lane D which transit the Panama Canal.
