Any shipment, destined to a point in a Zip Code named in the "Link To
Charge Table" referenced below, which moves on a rate named in any Tariff
Rate Section SBJ hereto, which is referenced as SBJ ("S") to DZIP (see
Column "Rule Application" on web rate page) will be SBJ to the ONCARRIAGE
CHARGES named in the "Inland Charges By Zip" Table named in the "Link To
Charge Table" provided below.  The Oncarriage Charges named therein shall
be in addition to all other applicable freight and charges:
