RULE: 150.Z - UPS TRADE DIRECT OCEAN (TDO) SERVICE Eff: 14JAN2011

UPS offers all Shippers a Trade Direct Ocean Service (TDO)
option which includes additional services beyond the usual
and customary NVOCC ocean/through transportation service
provided under the Rules, Regulations, Rates and Charges
named in this Tariff. TDO services described below may also
be identified as "Trade Direct Single Destination" (TDSC).
    
a. NOTIFICATION OF INTENT TO PARTICIPATE:
   The Shipper MUST notify UPS either in writing or orally
   (then confirm in writing) that he intends to utilize TDO
   service PRIOR to tendering any cargo to UPS for
   transportation.  Such notification should include the
   commodities Shipper expects to tender for transportation,
   the anticipated volume, the origins and destinations
   between which the shipments will be transported, and the
   additional services Shipper wishes UPS to provide.  All
   notifications, questions or inquiries should be
   addressed to the Carrier at the address shown in Rule 19
   of this Tariff or by calling 1-800-742-5727.
    
b. TDO SERVICES:
   When a Shipper opts to utilize TDO Services, all
   shipments designated as TDO will be transported at the
   rates named in any Tariff Rate Section made SBJ to this
   rule by specific reference.  Further in addition to the
   services specified in paragraph b.1 below, Shipper may
   specify which additional services named in paragraph b.2
   Shipper will require UPS to provide on shipments
   tendered for through transportation under the TDO
   designation (Shipper MUST notifiy UPS which additional
   services are required PRIOR to tendering any cargo for
   transportation).
  
  1. All shipments moving under UPS' TDO service designation
     will include the following services and charges:
   
   - Through transportation from UPS designated CFS to UPS
      designated CFS
   - Origin and/or Destination Terminal Handling Service
      and Charges
   - Deconsolidation and Container un-stuffing at
      destination CFS Load-out of each shipment at
      destination CFS for final delivery
   - Export Clearance and/or Customs Clearance at Origin and
      Destination (Basic US Customs Clearance - services to
      entry - for up to 5 harmonized tariff classifications
      per shipment)
   - Shipment tracking through UPS Flex Global View or any
      successor product.
   - On shipments accorded TDSD: Drayage to final
      Consignee's Door and Brokerage.

  2. Shipper may also specify one or more of the following
     additional services UPS is to provide under UPS TDO
     service designation:
   
   - Shipment pickup at origins beyond UPS designated
      Origin CFS.
   - Consolidation of shipments at origin CFS 
   - Package/Shipment marking services at destination (marking to
      be done after Cargo has been validated and cleared customs
      at destination)
   - Pre-alert delivery notifications to Shipper's Customers
   - Cargo Insurance with Trade Direct Endorsement
    
c. ALTERNATION OF RATES:
   Except as may be otherwise specifically provided in an
   individual TLI SBJ to this Rule, the TDO rates SBJ
   hereto do NOT alternate with any other rate(s) named in
   any Tariff rate section, that would otherwise apply on
   the same commodity, from and to the same CFS terminals,
   in the same shipping form.
        
d. APPLICATION OF ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
   Except to the extent provided herein or in each individual
   TLI or any Rule provision to the contrary, all TDO shipments
   SBJ to this Rule are SBJ to all applicable Rules and Regulations
   specified in this Governing Rules Tariff Section and the
   Surcharges and Assessorial Charges specified in individual TLIs
   SBJ hereto.
   
e. BILL OF LADING NOTATIONS:
   B/Ls issued covering shipments moving under the TDO
   rates SBJ to this Rule will be claused "TRADE DIRECT
   OCEAN," "TRADE DIRECT," or "TDO."  If such clause is
   inadvertently omitted, Shipper may request that a
   corrected B/L be issued.
   
f. MINIMUM CHARGE ON LCL SHIPMENTS:
   Except as otherwise provided in individual TLIs (rate Items) SBJ
   hereto, the Minimum Charge for a single TDO designated LCL shipment
   moving on a single Bill of Lading EXCLUSIVE of all additional
   Assessorial Charges, Arbitraries and/or Surcharges specified in
   the applicable TLI Rate Item, will be equal to the freight charges
   calculated for 3 CBM.  When the TDO rate basis is stated on a
   weight basis only, each weight basis unit shall be calculated
   on the basis of 1 weight unit equaling 1 CBM (i.e. 1000
   kilos = 1 CBM or 363 Kilos = 1 CBM, etc.).
