When Shipper or Consignee requires Carrier to utilize a specific Equipment
Type or Size to transport Cargo from Origin to Destination but there
is a shortage of such specific Equipment at Port or Point of Origin,
Carrier will make every reasonable effort to acquire the required
Equipment type or size on an expedited basis to insure timely movement
of cargo.  Any applicable Equipment Usage Premium Surcharges incurred as
a result will be included in the applicable Base Ocean Freight Rate named
in the TLI making specific reference hereto.
