PROVISIONS & CHARGES NAMED HEREIN MAY APPLY WHEN, AND ONLY WHEN,
 COLUMN "RULE APPLICATION" ON WEB RATE PAGE REFERENCES "S CONS"
    
Upon the written request of the Shipper or Consignee, Carrier will bring
together and consolidate 2 (two) or more individual part shipments, lots
or units of cargo for forwarding on 1 (one) B/L, to 1 (one) Consignee,
at 1 (one) destination, SBJ to the following terms and conditions:
   
a. Part shipment(s), lot(s) or unit(s) will NOT be accepted at 1 (one)
   terminal for assembly or consolidation with cargo at another terminal.
    
b. Carrier does NOT hold itself out to load by commodity, mark,
   subconsignees, or to perform any pre-sort or segregation of cargo.
    
c. Except as otherwise provided, Assembly/Consolidation service will
   be provided ONLY when all component parts of the consolidated
   shipment are received at 1 (one) terminal in the 7 calendar days
   prior to the booked sailing of the consolidated shipment.
    
   When any part of a consolidated shipment is NOT received within the 6
   calendar days prior to the booked sailing date of the consolidated
   shipment, the Carrier will forward all parts of the consolidated
   shipment that have been received to destination as a complete
   shipment, SBJ to all applicable terms, conditions, rates and
   assessorial/additional charges.  However, upon specific request of
   the Shipper or Consignee, Carrier will continue to hold the parts of
   a consolidated shipment it has received until the remainder of the
   shipment is tendered to the Carrier for transportation, SBJ to all
   additional applicable charges for storage and/or handling.
    
d. Carrier may forward the part lots, units or shipments upon receipt
   of cargo by Carrier without penalty to the Shipper or Consignee.
   When Carrier forwards individual part shipments, lots or units
   separately, freight and assessorial/additional charges will still
   be calculated on the total weight/measurement, etc. of the entire
   consolidated shipment.
