RULE: 18 - RETURNED CARGO GOVERNING PROVISIONS Eff: 12MAY2009

Returned shipments of cargo refused, damaged or rejected at
destination, when accepted by Carrier, will be returned to
origin at the inbound B/L rate or the current applicable
inbound Tariff rate, whichever is higher, when, and ONLY
when, such rate is lower than the otherwise applicable
outbound rate named in this Tariff, SBJ to the following
provisions:
     
a. At the time of return outbound shipment, Shipper MUST
   furnish a copy of the original inbound B/L along with
   other documentation acceptable to Carrier evidencing the
   outbound movement, the rate that assessed on the inbound
   shipment, vessel name, and voyage number.
     
b. The return, outbound movement, MUST be made within 6
   (six) months of the original inbound movement, and the
   return shipment MUST be returned to the original inbound
   movement Port of Loading.
