Except when otherwise specifically provided in individual
TLIs (Rate Items) or assessorial charge Rules named in this
Tariff Section, the rates and charges named in this Tariff
do NOT include mechanical refrigeration, heater, insulated
or ventilated container service prior to, during, or after
through transportation service.  Rates specifically
including such protective services will be SBJ to the
provisions of Rule 2.7 (Prior Booking) and will apply ONLY
when Carrier is able to obtain and provide proper and
sufficient equipment to transport shipment as required.
