RULE: 9.Z - FREIGHT FORWARDER COMPENSATION Eff: 17NOV2008

1. Compensation to a licensed Ocean Freight Forward will be
   paid in connection with any shipment dispatched on
   behalf of others when, and only when, such Forwarder is
   licensed with the Federal Maritime Commission under
   Shipping Act of 1984 and 46 CFR 510, as amended, and has
   certified in writing that it holds a valid FMC issued
   Forwarder License (including the number thereof) and has
   performed with respect to such shipment the solicitation
   and securing of the cargo and booking thereof with the
   Carrier, or otherwise has arranged for transportation
   space for such cargo and has performed at least two of
   the following services:
       
  a. The Coordination of the movement of the cargo;
  
  b. The preparation and processing of the Carrier's B/L;
  
  c. The preparation and process of dock receipts and
     delivery orders;
   
  d. The preparation and processing of consular documents
     and export declarations; and
   
  e. the payment of freight charges on such shipments.
        
2. Carrier will NOT knowingly pay compensation:
      
  a. more than once on a single shipment; and/or
  
  b. on any shipment in which the Forwarder has a direct or
     indirect beneficial interest; and/or
    
  c. on Advanced charges; and/or
  
  d. on Bunker, Currency, Congestion and War Risk
     Surcharges; and/or
    
  e. Other Accessorial/Additional Charges, Surcharges
     and/or Arbitrary Charges named in this Tariff and in
     Tariff Sections SBJ to this Tariff; and/or
     
  f. cargo exempt from Tariff filing regulations under the
     Shipping Act; and/or
    
  g. cargo imported into the United States.
        
3. Except as otherwise provided, the amount of Freight
   Forwarder Compensation will be a percentage of the
   Freight charges named in this Tariff, except as provided
   in paragraph 2.herein.   Freight Forwarder Compensation
   will be as follows:
   
     Compensation will be as provided in individual rate
      Items (TLIs) named in the each Rate Tariff Section.
    
     EXCEPTIONS:
      NONE Currently In Effect
        
4. Freight Forwarder Compensation and Freight Brokerage
   will NOT be paid on the same shipment.
       
5. Invoices for Compensation MUST be presented for payment
   within 6 (six) months of sailing date of transporting
   vessel.
