Except as otherwise specified on individual Web Rate Pages (TLIs), the
Ship & Port Security Charges (ISPS, CSF, TSF) named below will be
assessed on all shipments moving from or thru Ports and Points in the
United States, which charge shall be in addition to all other applicable
charges.
      
a. On LCL, AQ or LS Shipments Carrier will assess an International
    Ship and Port Security Charge of (ISPS):
    
 1. TO/THRU Ports and Points in ARGENTINA, BOLIVIA, CHILE, COLOMBIA,
     ECUADOR, FRENCH GUIANA, GUYANA, PARAGUAY, PERU, SURINAME, URUGUAY
     and VENEZUELA the applicable ISPS will be:

 1. TO/THRU Ports and Points in BRAZIL, the applicable ISPS will be:
   
  A. On FCL Shipments moving via any Underlying VOCC the ISPS will be
      as follows when moving From or Thru the U.S. ports named in Rule
      1.1, Except as noted in paragraph b.3. below:
  
        The ISPS will be: $38.00 PC
     
   
 2. TO/THRU Ports and Points in CHILE, the applicable ISPS will be:
   
  A. On FCL Shipments moving via any Underlying VOCC the ISPS will be
      as follows when moving From or Thru the U.S. ports named in Rule
      1.1, Except as noted in paragraph b.3. below:
  
         The ISPS will be: $12.00 PC
     
   
 3. TO/THRU Ports and Points in ARGENTINA, BRAZIL, BOLIVIA, CHILE,
     COLOMBIA, ECUADOR, FRENCH GUIANA, GUYANA, PARAGUAY, PERU, SURINAME,
     URUGUAY and VENEZUELA the applicable ISPS will be:
   
  B. On Shipments moving via EVERGREEN (see Rule 2.4.i.) the ISPS
      will be as follows when moving From or Thru the U.S. ports
      named in Rule 1.1:
  
        The ISPS will be: $7.00 PC
     
     
  C. On Shipments moving via HAMBURG SUD (see Rule 2.4.i.) the ISPS
      will be as follows when moving From or Thru the U.S. ports
      named in Rule 1.1:
  
        The ISPS will be: $12.00 PC
     
     
  D. On Shipments moving via MEDITERRANEAN SHIPPING CO. (MSC) (see Rule
      2.4.i.) the ISPS will be as follows when moving From or Thru the
      U.S. ports named in Rule 1.1:
  
        The ISPS will be: $11.00 PC
     
     
  E. On Shipments moving via MITSUI OSK (MOL) (see Rule 2.4.i.) the ISPS
      will be as follows when moving From or Thru the U.S. ports
      named in Rule 1.1:
  
        The ISPS will be: $10.00 PC
     
    
c. On FCL Rated Shipments Carrier will assess the following Carrier
    Security Fee (CSF):
     
  1. CMA CGM:
     On Shipments moving via CMA CGM (see Rule 2.4.i.) the Carrier
      Security Fee (CSF) will be as follows when moving From or Thru
      the U.S. ports named in Rule 1.1:
  
     A. On Shipments to Ports & Points named in Rules 1.3 & 1.4, EAN
         the CSF will be: USD13.00 per B/L
  
     B. On Shipments to Argentina the CSF will be:  USD15.00 PC

     C. On Shipments to URUGUAY the CSF will be:  USD15.00 PC
     
     
  2. HAPAG LLOYD:

     On Shipments moving via HAPAG LLOYD (see Rule 2.4.i.) the Carrier
      Security Fee (CSF) will be as follows when moving From or Thru
      the U.S. ports named in Rule 1.1:
  
        The CSF will be: USD13.00 PC   
     
     
  3. MEDITERRANEAN SHIPPING CO.:
     On Shipments moving via MEDITERRANEAN SHIPPING CO. (MSC) (see Rule
      2.4.i.) the Carrier Security Fee (CSF) will be as follows when
      moving From or Thru the U.S. ports named in Rule 1.1:
  
        The CSF will be: $13.00 PC   
     
     
  4. NYK:
     On Shipments moving via NYK (see Rule 2.4.i.) the Carrier Security
      Fee (CSF) will be as follows when moving From or Thru the U.S.
      ports named in Rule 1.1:
  
        The CSF will be: USD6.00 per B/L
    
    
d. On FCL Rated Shipments Carrier will assess the following Origin Port
    Terminal Security Fee (OTSF) will be:
     
  1. MITSUI O.S.K.:
     On Shipments moving via MITSUI OSK (MOL) (see Rule 2.4.i.) the
      Origin Port Terminal Security Fee (OTSF) be as follows when
      moving From or Thru the following US Ports:
  
    A. Baltimore, MD the TFS will be: $4.00 PC
     
  
  2. YANG MING:
     On Shipments moving via Yang Ming (see Rule 2.4.i.) the Origin
      Port Terminal Security Fee (OTSF) be as follows:
  
       The OTSF will be USD10.00 per B/L
