Except as otherwise provided on individual Web Rate Pages (TLIs),
Carrier will assess the PORT TERMINAL/LANDING CHARGES (LND) named below
on all cargo off loaded at the PODs specificed, which charge shall be
in addition to all other addiitonal charges.
     
a. On LCL rated shipments FROM/THRU POL Ports in the United States
   TO/THRU the POD Ports named below the applicable LCL LND will be as
   follows:
