Except as otherwise provided on individual Web Rate Pages (TLIs), all
shipments moving on the rates named in this Tariff Rate Section
FROM/THRU POL Ports in the United States TO the Ports or Points in the
Countries named below, will be SBJ to the CONTAINER REPOSITIONING
SURCHARGE (REPG) provided, which charge shall be in addition to all
other applicable charges.
      
a. On Shipments TO the Ports or Points in VENEZUELA named below, when
   Moving via the underlying VOCCs specified (SBJ to Rule 2.4.i.), the
   REPG Surcharge will be:
