a. In order to permit Carrier to minimize the cost of
   documentation preparation and filing, Shipper, his
   Agent and/or Forwarder must furnish the Carrier all
   shipment information specified in Rule 2.8.  Additionally
   when cargo is destined to the Countries below, Import
   Manifest Declarations must be filed to/through the
   governing agencies in such Countries.  Shipper is expected
   to provide Carrier proof that such Manifest Declarations
   have already been legally filed and an appropriate clause,
   or other legitimate documentation must be provided to
   Carrier prior to commencement of transportation service.
   
b. If Shipper, his Agent and/or Forwarder does not, or cannot,
   furnish such proof that the appropriate Manifect
   Declarations have already been filed, Carrier will arrange
   the submission of such Manifest Declarations in accordance
   with all applicable regulations and requirements.  When
   Carrier files such Manifest Declarations, Carrier will
   assess the MANI filing charge named below, which charge
   shall be in addition to all other applicable charges.
   
  1. On Shipments destined to Points in BOLIVIA the Manifest
      Declaration Handling Fee (MANI) shall be: USD 250.00 per B/L
   
  2. On Shipments destined to Ports or Points in CHILE the Manifest
      Declaration Handling Fee - Apertura de Manifesto (MANI)
      shall be: USD 107.10 per B/L
   
c. The Shipper, his Agent and/or Forwarder shall be and
   will remain jointly and severally liable for, and shall
   indemnify and hold the Carrier harmless from, any loss,
   damage, delay, expense or liability incurred by, or
   levied upon, the Carrier or the Cargo by reason of
   non-compliance with the Manifest Declarations specified
   above or other Export Regulations which result from, the
   late presentation of, or false, inaccurate, incomplete
   or erroneous data contained in, any the Shipper's
   Manifest Declaration.  All such fines, penalties or
   levies incurred by the Carrier shall in all cases be
   immediately reimbursed.
