Except as otherwise provided on individual web rate Pages (TLIs), when
Container cleaning, maintenance and/or damage repair is needed or
required prior to return of Container to underlying VOCC, Carrier will
assess the CONTAINER CLEANING/REPAIR/RISK/MAINTENANCE CHARGE (CLEN) named
below for providing and/or arranging the cleaning, repair and/or
replacement of Container Equipment, or for paying any underlying VOCC
required Maintenance charges, which charge shall be in addition to all
other applicable charges, including any separate charges assessed for
repairs required to be made to a Container.
