a. Except as otherwise provided on individual Web Rate Pages (TLIs), all
   shipments moving on the Rates named in this Tariff Rate Section
   applying FROM/THRU a POL in the United States Destined TO/THRU any
   POD Port in BRAZIL will be SBJ to Brazil's Automated Imnport Cargo
   Declaration System - SISCARGA (SISC) named herein.  Additionally all
   cargo which will remain on Board a transporting Vessel (FROB) which
   calls at any Brazilian Port before it is discharged at POD in another
   country will also be SBJ to the SISCARGA DECLARTION FEE (SISC) named
   herein.  Such charge will be assessed to cover compliance with the
   Brazilian Federal Revenue Department and Merchant Marine Department's
   Regulations requiring the electronic filing of Entry Declarations on
   all cargo destined to, moving through, or remaining on board vessel
   at, any Port in Brazil which must be electronically lodged through
   the Siscarga System at least 72 hours before the vessel carrying the
   cargo' arrival at the first port in Brazil.  Finally, this charge
   shall be in addition to all other applicable charges.
     
  1. On LCL (W/M, W or M Rated) shipments FROM/THRU POLs in the United
     States TO/THRU/FROB any Brazil POD Port the applicable SISC
     will be as follows:
