Except as otherwise provided on individual Web Rate Pages (TLIs),
Carrier will assess the DRAYAGE CHARGES (DRAY) named below on all cargo
tendered to Carrier at Container Yards or Port Terminals in the POL
Ports specified, which charge shall be in addition to all other
addiitonal charges.
     
a. On LCL rated shipments FROM/THRU the POL Ports in the United States
   named below the applicable LCL DRAY will be as follows:
