                 HERETO BY RULE NO.)
   
Shipments being returned to port/point of origin because
the Cargo therein is Damaged, Refused or Rejected at
destination, or for other reasons will be SBJ to the
provisions named below:
      
a. Prior to or at the time Shipment is tendered to Carrier,
   Shipper MUST furnish a copy of the original inbound B/L.
        
b. The Shipment movement SBJ to this provision moving on a
   rate making reference hereto MUST be made within 1 (one)
   year of the original inbound movement (as evidenced on
   the original inbound B/L), and MUST be destined to the
   original inbound movement origin.
