Except as otherwise provided in individual TLIs, all
shipments moving on the rates published in this Tariff
FROM/TO the Ports and Points named below will be SBJ to the
Non-Operating Reefer Container Discounts named herein when
cargo is transported in Non-Operating Reefer Containers,
which discount shall be calculated off the Freight Rate
ONLY.
   
a. FROM/THRU United States Ports
   TO/THRU Ports in Chile, Colombia (Pacific Ocean Ports
             ONLY), Ecuador & Peru
   when VIA Maersk Sealand ONLY
    
        15% (fifteen percent) off Basic Freight Charges
