When Cargo moving on a rate named in NSA US1804NEDI which is loaded
in a 20ft. Container, and the gross weight of cargo and container
exceeds 17.6 W-Tons, and as a result, special Tri-Axle Chassis Equipment
is required to move container on land, Carrier will provide such
Tri-Axle Chassis Equipment SBJ to the Tri-Axle Chassis Usage Charge
(TRIX) named below, which charge shall be in addition to all other
applicable charges.
