RULE: 5.GSA - OOG - OUT-OF-GAUGE CHARGES - APPLIES ONLY TO NSA US1804GSA Eff: 13MAY2017

Carrier will handle Out-of-Gauge Cargo moving on the rates named in
NSA US1804GSA SBJ to the following provisions and conditions:
     
a. CARGO TENDERED TO CARRIER IN/ON OCEAN CONTAINERS (FCL):
   Cargo, subject to the rates, charges and provisions named in
   NSA US1804GSA, when tendered to Carrier already loaded in/on ocean
   containers or on transporting equipment will NOT be subject to any
   Out-of-Guage Charges, PROVIDED all cargo loaded in/on such equipment
   is In-Gauge.  When Out-of-Gauge Shipments, as defined herein, are
   booked and accepted by Carrier, Carrier will assess the Out-of-Gauge
   Surcharge named below, which charge shall be in addition to all other
   applicable Charges.  Carrier reserves the right to refuse to accept
   any shipment loaded in/on a COL, SOL or underlying VOCC container
   that contains pieces, packages or units which are not, or cannot be,
   wholly loaded within the inside of a single closed container and/or
   which is Out-of-Gauge (i.e. overhangs any side of a Drop Frame,
   Flatbed, FlatRack or Platform Container); OR which exceeds the
   dimensions specified below, unless prior booking and special
   arrangements have been made with and accepted by the Carrier. Any
   fines, penalties or additional charges imposed as a result of the
   misapplication or misstatement of actual cargo dimensions on the
   B/L and/or other Shipping Documents will be for the account of the
   cargo.
    
b. Definition of Out-of-Gauge Shipments: Shipments loaded on any Flatbed,
   Flatrack, Mafi, Open top or Platform which exceeds the dimensions
   below will be classified as Out-of-Gauge and will be SBJ to the OOG
   Charges named in Paragraph c.
  
   Cargo loaded on 20 ft. equipment exceeding 19'7" long x 8' wide
     x 7'5" high will be classified as "Out-ofGauge."
  
   Cargo loaded on 40 ft. equipment exceeding 39'6" long x 8' wide
     x 6'10" high will be classified as "Out-ofGauge."
  
c. OOG CHARGES: A protrusion adder will be assessed at 10% of the base
    ocean Freight per foot or fraction thereof on cargo exceeding the
    dimensions in paragraph b. SBJ to the EXCEPTION below:
  
   EXCEPTION: All Rates applying on Float Glass in 20' Open Top
    Containers will NOT be Subject to OOG Charges provided Over-Height
    cargo does NOT exceed 1 foot over Over-Height restrictions (Maximum
    Weight 21.23 W-tons - 46,800 lbs.).  Shipments of Float Glass in 20'
    Open Top Containers exceeding Over-Height restrictions by more than
    1 foot, but not exeeding 4 foot Over-Height restrictions, (Maximum
    24 W-tons - 52,911 lbs.) when moving in direct Port-to-Port Service
    will be SBJ to an additional handling charge of USD300.00 per
    Container, which charge shall be in addition to all other applicable
    charges.  Shipments of Float Glass exceeding the dimensions above will
    be SBJ to the regular OOG Charges named herein.
